Ensure we maintain/grow diverse representation at all levels
- Local job fairs in underserved communities.
- Internships for minority students.
- Leverage state/federal assistance.
R&D projects partnering with Historically Black Colleges and Universities as well as pursue targeted recruitment engagements to identify/pursue candidates.
Seek diverse candidates for formal training in skilled trades including but not limited to Machining, Pattern making, CNC, CAD, X=Ray, Penetrant, Welding, Maintenance, Forklift, etc.
Community Outreach Programs: Partnering with local, state, federal, and nonprofit organizations to ensure we take advantage of resources intended to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, uplift underserved communities, provide access to essential services, and create opportunities for education, employment, and economic empowerment, thereby fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
